Now we need some information on your computer. For this you just need to provide the DxDiag output of your computer. This contains details about your hardware/drivers and we can automatically parse out what we need. You will see exactly what data we are using from the DxDiag output when you preview the application.

The DxDiag output does NOT contain any sensitive information (such as passwords, etc), or information about your identity (unless you named your computer after yourself).

To create a DxDiag output file, follow these simple steps:
    1. Click the Windows Start button, then click Run...
    2. Type in "DxDiag" (minus the quote marks).
    3. Wait a few moments while DxDiag scans your system.
    4. Click the button labeled Save All Information.
    5. Choose the location where DxDiag.txt will be saved (such as the Desktop).
    6. Click SAVE.
    7. Attach the DxDiag file to this form by using the Browse... button below.
