Cant Type cheats or to save a game?

If it won't let you save the game, it's probably because you are not playing it from a Windows user account that has "administrator" priviledges. If that is so, then either create a user account that has administrator priviledges or have the person that is a "administrator" on your computer add you to their user group. You can also try running the cotn.exe file from the right click menu "Run as..." option and make sure that adminstrator is selected.
