white screen problem

Hi there, i'm running windows on my macbook (GMA X3100 graphics) using parallels. I've configured the vram to 64mb on parallels and installed directx10. However, I'm facing the the white screen problem when i launch caesar IV. Any help would be appreciated! =)

problem solved! stupid oversight on my part - forgot to check the "enable DirectX shader" option when configuring parallels. it's working now!
