Demo crash on start!Pls help me!

Dunno what i can do...

2.0gb Partition need me 1 years ago,now is useless,i ll try to have 2.0gb free in C where i have win and 10.0gb in D where i have caesar demo,do you think is enough?I hope this is the problem but until now in this way i never had problem with other modern games...
If u have another solution about partition and installing caesar demo pls tell me!

Agree with Phil on all points plus I don't think you video card supports DX 9. Believe that you would need an Ati 9500 or higher to be DX compliant.

Mouse is deadright.
The Radeon 9000 is listed in the lot of cards which don`t support DX9.
It supports DirectX 8.1
