Water services priority

It appears that this control doesn't work. Pushing the buttons doesn't change the priority like the others.

Did you have enough equites?

It may have been early in the scenario and I may not have established any water service yet, but there weren't any entertainment or education structures, either. Those controls worked.

I like to visit the advisors before I even start building. I'm pretty sure that is what I was doing when I noticed this.

Could be. You need to have water services established and some equites to man them.

just back from rechecking the situation.

Built pumphouse, reservoir and fountain.

Total required staff - 45 equites.

Built two domi....waited for immigrants...water services are fully staffed...35 unhappy equites with no job...water service priority buttons still don't work.

Even though there is nothing else built on the map, all other priority buttons do work.

Have I found a bug?

I noticed this one also. At the start of the game you can change the priority of everything, up or down, except for water.
