Fantastic! I have been looking out for just such a place - and of course, Paharaoh the game has a list of names you can se in it for your House. ;)
I don't suppose you have ever come across pix of the nefer beads such as those worn by Nefertiti and others using that name in theirs? A friend who does beadwork is working some 1920 Egyptian glass beads into a big collar for me and we want nefer beads. ;) My beads are from the period in the '20's when everything was Egyptian repro.
I searched, and so did she, for days and found nothing. The nefer has 2 forms, one being a stomach - it is NOT that one I want! It is a kind of pillar with a blob each end I am after... You seem to be good at finding stuff so I thought I would ask. Thanks. ;)

cool, but they somehow left out Ptenisnet, a famous egypitan mercenary from Asterix the legionary. :D :D :D

I happen to know that Juliaset at the citybuildingcontest site is a keen beader, she may be able to help you with your search.

Sorry for posting that very off topic request ... wasn't thinking. If I had been I would have found the Message function and used it.
Stringbags, can't find that forum. Can you tell me how to get in touch with her?
Keith, thanks for the Message and links here - some amazing repro dolls there, aren't there? Unfortunately as they are so small, beads are proportionally larger on them.
No, none is quite right. I have found one but it is the stomach shape at the base of a cuneform shaped bead where the thread goes through the horizontal bar of the cross. Ah, well, search on, eh? ;)
Suggestion to you, Keith, and Tilted Mill. Why don't we have the Link Keith did for Names and best factual articles posted here all collected into Sticky factual Threads so folk can always have them to look at? Seems a shame to me that some of the great info Posts here, set into threads, will be lost to newcommers to this site.

Thanks Keith. Some interesting options. For Pharaoh I adoped "Inkbot", but I am afraid it was more confusing, so I just went back to Bradius.
