You have a Intel graphics chipset and not a real graphics card like Nvidia or ATI, which is not the best for CotN.

The Intel graphics chipset can run the game, if you manage to get it loaded, but usually at very low graphic settings.

Your graphic driver files are too old, as are your sound system driver files. Both need updating to something no older than July of 2004 if you can find them.
