speeding up the game

I know I have seen this info, but I can't find it!!! How does one increase the speed above 2.5?

Open the cotn.ini file in Windows notepad and edit the line about the game speed from 250 to 500. Then resave the file as cotn.ini in the Cotn game folder. Make sure it's not cotn.ini.txt.
