Game not centered on screen

Just purchased a new computer and am trying to play CoN. However, since the game isn't centered on the screen, I can't see the building icons.:(

Please help! DxDiag info attached.

You have to click the Manage Attachments button below the area where you type your message, the browse for, select, then UPLOAD your dxdiag.txt file. Then close the attachments window then post your message for files to appear as attachments.

If it's off-center you may have to adjust your monitor. Some have calibration programs that will help adjust the monitor. There's nothing in the game that I know of that would cause it to be off-center.

Another source of the problem could be your video card or its driver files.

For future ref: although the intro screens are still not centered, I adjusted the resolution under Settings and can now see the building icons. Life is good again.:D

It still sounds like a hardware/driver problem. Why not post your dxdiag.txt file as a attachment to your next reply so we can take a peek at it.

I dont know what type of monitor you have but if it's one of the flatpanel lcd display monitors then check to see if it has an "Auto" button. Pressing the Auto button on LCD monitors will adjust the screen so that it is centered.

I use an LCD monitor for dual computers, one is windows the other is linux and everytime that I swap back and forth between windows or linux using the little Belkin device my screens are off centered. I press my monitors Auto button and it Auto self centers.

I know this thread is old, but you never know when someone else might experience this and it could help them to know this.
