DriverAgent.com is a commercial site that offers driver updates for a fee. They have a money back guarantee. They have a free SCAN service to determine how good yor currently installed drivers are.

For the number of bad (old) drivers I have, my system runs amazingly well. You can see the results of their scan on my system below:

it seems as if i need to update my drivers too. is driver agent reliable?

I could not say if they are or are not reliable, but then I could not say any different about the free sites either. The site it run by Touchstone Software, and I am familiar with their program CheckIt, which I used to run on an older machine of mine.
