Crashes when it first says loading.

This is annoying me to death! I JUST got the game today and there are 0 scartches but every time I try to load the game to play (I already installed it and re-installed it) it crashes back to my desktop just before the bar reaches the end! (On the "please wait" screen.:mad: What can I do to solve this problem?:confused:

Well, for starters, as the sticky thread and about 1,000 other posts say, "Please post your dxdiag.txt file."

Sorry I just joined before I posted this -- how do i do that? I'm still getting used to finding my way around the sight.:o

Click START then RUN. Type:

dxdiag

CLick OK.

Let the program run to completion. Save the results to a folder where you can find the resulting dxdiag.txt file.

Come back here.

Open a new reply this thread. Click the Manage Attachments button below the message area. BROWSE for the dxdiag.txt file and UPLOAD it. Then close the file attachment window. Type a short message and then SUBMIT the new message. The file will be attached to the new reply on the thread.
