cant play scenarios and campaigns

It looks to me as though you don`t have a graphic-CARD but just a graphic-CHIP.

Further on you have less than the minimum to run the game:

Do take the CotN-package and turn it backside. Use a magnifying-glas to read the demanded system-specs.

"Other than that"...............you could "try" gaming if you alter the Current Mode: 1024 x 768 (32 bit) (60Hz) down to (16 bit).
Before playing schwitch off virus-guard and firewall if running.

In addition you could do some change to your Page File: 268MB used, 856MB available
