Everything else runs fine exception of CTD when attempting to start a campaign.
I've searched on this issue it seems a video card issue but I'm running a very old driver.
I've attached my dxdiag.txt file. I meet every requirement so I know my pc isn't the problem.
If there is no solution to fixing this I'll just return the game hope to get a different game in return.

Your Riva TNT2 card is not supported. You need a newer card that supports the Transform and Lighting features used in the game.
Your Audio card is a bit old too and it may be the cause of further problems. If nothing else see if there is a newer driver for your card than the one dated 2001 that you presently have.

I appreciate the reply I returned the game today got my money back. I'm unable to afford 100 bucks for a new video card and would not beable to play the game so it was for the best to return the game.
Game was fun in tutorial mode but if I cannot play the campaigns there aren't no reason to keep the game.

Depending on where you live, you should be able to find a suitable card for less than $100. Someone posted a link to one in another thread that was less than $75.
You are going to start running into more situations like this in the future as games become more demanding on the hardware, so start saving up your money for that eventual upgrade.
