auflösungsproblem

hallo erstmal!

mein problem ist, dass ich alles immer nur in 800x600 angezeigt bekomme, obwohl ich es auf 1024x768 eingestellt habe. habe schon alles probiert, neuer grafiktreiber etc.

woran liegt das?

Topas, Deine Treiber sind vom Januar 2004, also zu alt. Versuch mal die Version 4.11, die ist als funktionierend bekannt. Die ganz brandneue Version 5.2 scheint auch zu tun, aber das ist noch nicht hinreichend abgesichert.

Das stimmt leider nicht. Manchmal ist es egal, manchmal aber eben auch nicht. Daher ist es sicherer, den alten Treiber wirklich komplett zu deinstallieren, booten, dann den neuen Treiber drauf, wieder booten. Notfalls sogar noch mit dem Aufräumtool von ATi alte treiberreste wegputzen.

Wie auch immer, Ich komme wohl heute nicht mehr dazu, die Treiberversionen zuhause nachzuschauen. Morgen vielleicht. Vielleicht ist Manni mal hier, oder Du fragst in auf http://www.staedtebauen.de, er weiss über die Treiberversionen ziemlich gut Bescheid und kann Dir sicher weiterhelfen.

WER EINE
ATI-RADEON-Grafikkarte im PC hat, sollte mit

Mit DEM Treiber wurden bei den meisten die Darstell-Probleme beseitigt, so auch hier bei den US-Spielern. Es ist hier sicher 200 Mal wiederholt und beschrieben worden.

Und die Meinung ***ähm nein eigentlich nicht, hab aber wo gelesen, dass das egal wär*** stimmt so nicht ganz, funktionierte wohl bei Hinz & Kunz-Spielen, jedoch verzeit "Kinder des Nils" keine Schlampereien.

Es können Treiberreste vom DRÜBER-Installieren Schuld sein an Deinen Problemen....ist schwer festzustellen und noch schwerer nachzuvollziehen.

Die beste und sauberste Methode ist und bleibt, den alten Treiber über Software zu deinstallieren...........VORHER ABER DEN 4.11 bei Ati saugen und lagern!
Schau gleich mal auf der ATI-Seite unten nach UTILITIES und sauge dort das TREIBERRESTE-LÖSCHTOOL.

Nach Deinstallation des alten Treibers also den verlangten Neustart ausführen. Du befindest Dich wie bekannt im abgesicherten Modus. Nun das Reste-Löschtool ausführen sowie in C eventuelle ATI-Reste-Ordner von Hand löschen.

Jetzt den 4.11 installieren (Virus ausmachen), danach Neustart und OK.

Daher ist es sicherer, den alten Treiber wirklich komplett zu deinstallieren, booten, dann den neuen Treiber drauf, wieder booten. Notfalls sogar noch mit dem Aufräumtool von ATi alte treiberreste wegputzen.

hier hat sich in Deiner Schilderung ein falscher Fehler eingeschlichen, der dem Topas den neuen Treiber gleich wieder runterfegen würde!

Das ATI-Treiberreste-Tool MUSS IM NOCH abgesicherten Modus NACH Deinstalle des alten Treibers durchlaufen und NICHT nach Installe des neuen Treibers! Dann ist DER nämlich AUCH wieder raus.

hab den cat 5.2 draufgespielt, da es den cat 4.11 auch nicht mehr auf der ati seite gibt.

das nervt mich schon bissl, vor alem das das nicht mal 800x600 ist, ist noch ein bisschen kleiner :mad:

also ich habe noch eine geforce treiber aus dem jahre 2002 für die karte mx460 :p
woher kriege ich denn hier nen neuen??? sorry brauche meinen pc eher hauptsächlichfür exel und pp *lachtz*

Deine Grafikkarte hat einen Grafikchip der Marke NVidia.
Neuere Treiber bekommst Du auf deren Homepage: NVidia Homepage (http://www.nvidia.de/page/drivers.html)

Falls Du Windows XP hast, würde ich Dir raten entweder die Version 61.77 des Treibers runterzuladen (unter 'Treiberarchiv') oder die neuste Version 71.84.

Für Windows 98 wurden im Englischen Forum die Version 53.04 empfohlen.

Allerdings wirst Du wohl auf ein ganz anderes Problem stossen... Deine Grafikkarte unterstützt keine Pixel-Shader. Daher ist nicht garantiert, dass Kinder des Nils korrekt laufen wird (wenn den überhaupt). :(

es läuft eigentlich fantastisch, allerdings ist meine karte immer ein bisschen langsam. Daher hatte ich die hoffnung, dass ein neuer treiber der guten alten karte ein bisschen wieder auf die sprünge hilft :)

prima dass es nun doch läuft bei Dir!
Wenn es "langsam" läuft, sollte dies nicht an der Graka selbst liegen, eher am Speicher.
Man könnte die Sache besser abschätzen und weitere Ratschläge/Empfehlungen geben, wenn Du hier mal Dein dxdiag unter "Manage Attachment" anhängen könntest!
