Hi! I installed Children of the Nile. I can see a short film-like thing and than I get to a brown screen that has a few buttons including one that says "settings" and I think one to play the game - but at this point my mouse is frozen and the only way I can get out of the screne is turn off my computer.
I have a Pentium III computer with 128MB and 23MB NVIDIA geFORCE 4X AGP graphi card an 22 GB of free memory on the hard drive. I did some mouse and other updates, but I can't get the game to work.
I read you message about doing a diagnostic thing, but I am sorry I did not really understand what to do.
If you can provide any help about how to make the game work I would very much appreciate it.
