Game crashes and system restarts!

Help!!!!!!

I finally updated my video card, geforce FX 5500 PCI, and now the game is acting weird. When I move the game screen, or something on the screen moves; i leaves a trail of the object moving or the previous terrain. I hope I'm being clear enough for ya'll. I want to play the game!!! It does this on all other games too. When I try to change the settings to a higher graphics setting, the system restarts itself and the changes are never completed. I tdoes this when I click OK on the settings screen in COTN. PLEASE HELP!!!

You need to uninstall your current video drivers and install driver 61.77 which is known to work well with CotN.

Are those drivers are the newest version?

No, they are not newest version since newest are 66.93, but 66.93 have problems with COTN while 61.77 work very well and are not that old (this summer).

Your AC97 audio drivers are antiques and should be updated to the newest ones you can possibly find.
