Auto Save causes CTD

Q. ~ My auto save is causing a crash to desktop. This happened twice in a row. The first time I thought, no biggie. So I relaunched, and loaded up newest save file. "File corrupted" message. Click o.k. and loaded previous auto save from that one. Played fine untill .... auto save time. ~ CRASH TO DESK TOP ~ :eek: :eek: :eek: :mad:

Does anyone have any clue???
May it perhaps be the autosave file that the game is launched from?
Launch autosave and force a new autosave file?

Try starting from a previous manual or autosave.

What I usually do is defrag after playing and clean out old files not leaving alot of auto saved games. Personally would make sure to delete known bad auto saves or manual saved games.
