Hi everybody.

It is not a problem, just a question, but seem mostly technical in nature.

System : Intel P4 2.4Ghz with 512MB Ram, 60Gb HD, CD writer, DVD, etc.

Currently I have an Nvidia FX5600 (http://www.nvidia.com/page/fx_5600.html) . Been considering an upgrade.

Mostly play Diablo 2, Warcraft 3, CotN, not much into first person shooters of any kind. As you can see I went with a "value" card level. My son always has to have the greatest at the $200 to $300 level. I find enough umph for myself at the $80 to $125 level or so.

Any recomendations on what is the latest chip elevl at a value price?

Thanks.

I don't know much about NVidia but as far as Radeons go I believe you can pick up the 9800 for a decent price.....haven't looked at them in a while but I'd imagine they've gone down considerably since then. I'm running the x300 which is also a good card for it's price. One thing to consider is if your going to go the 128 or 256 route and whether you need an AGP or PCI card. Well, ok that's two things to consider but you get the point. :D Happy card buying!!
