The game will not load

When I try to load the game for play it locks up with a bar at the bottom and the "please wait" words. No action. All patches are downloaded and my PC is well within requirements. From the looks of the Tech forum I hope I didn'y make a mistake in buying this game. Here is my dxdiag file. What are you going to do for me.

Your audio drivers are 4 years old. You should update them to the newest SB Live drivers (http://us.creative.com/support/downloads/download2.asp?Product_ID=4857&dlcentric=1926&Product_Name=Sound+Blaster+Live%21&OSName=Windows+XP) you can find. I would try this first.

You may need to use the 61.77 (http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp-2k_archive.html) drivers for your Nvidia card as recommended in all those other posts you mentioned. These are the July 2004 drivers and hve proven to be the most reliable for use. If you do decide to use the 61.77 drivers be sure you uninstall your current Nvidia drivers first before installing the 61.77 drivers.
