The game wont play

I have just bought the game.
After the installation I cant play the game.
I can exit / uninstall but when I press play the games does not start.
I have played the demo with no problem.
My video and audio drivers are updated.
I have lots of ram.
I have an Pentium 4 2.8 Mhtz

Post a copy of your saved DXDIAG results.

If you played the demo OK, it sounds like it could be a bad install.

Alternatively, have you made any changes/installed anything else between playing the demo & installing the actual game?

Have you tried starting from the .exe file rather than from the pop-up screen when you insert the CD?
