I installed the patch, and everything is just dandy, except for one thing.
One bug present before the patch was that in shrines, temples, apothecaries, hospitals, and mortuaries, the item "Days closed:" always said "0". I was expecting this to be fixed in the patch, but whereas before, "People served last year:" always yielded a number, after the patch it always reads "0", and "Days closed:" still reads "0".
Not only do I not know the last time the buildings were used, but I don't even know to what extent they were used in the previous year.
Also, some people reported Scribe problems after the patch. I experience them either constantly or never. Sometimes when the Scribe's wife goes shopping, but she just hangs around outside the shop for awhile and goes home.
A suggestion for a future patch:
Brick and papyrus amounts are numerated where they are produced, as well as all of the resources that shop-keepers and weapons-makers collect to manufacture their products. Their products, however, are indicated by the adjectives, "few", "adequate", etc. It would be helpful to know the exact amounts of their products at all times, especially when trade is involved. Perhaps a more extensive inventory screen would do.
