My game seemed to be working well until I installed the patch yesterday. I played yesterday afternoon for several hours (Campaign Game, 2nd scenario, Easy Starting Position, Normal Difficulty) and noticed three problems I had not previously encountered.
1) My scribes' wives refused to shop. They spent all their time at home brushing their hair, although there were common and luxury shops close by with goods. I ended up only having two scribes, as both experienced the same problem. Both ended up being generally useless as the scribes spent their days protesting instead of working. The first scribe's wife actually did occasionally leave the house and get food and goods, but only very rarely. The second scribe's wife sometimes went and bought food, but never bought a single good. In a related problem, one of my priests, but only one (the one who lived nest door to the scribe who spent all his time protesting, now that I think about it) went about all his duties but never shopped.
2) Although I had multiple bakeries and (eventually) two granaries, none of the surplus ever made it to the granaries. (I tried building a second granary across the river near my second farming community, and it didn't help.) Food was left in the threshing areas many times, but my granaries were constantly empty.
3) My shipbuilder kept building barges, which appeared to take up all the barge landings and prevented my trade partners from docking. I kept trying to build new barge landings, I think I ended up with 6 or 7, but my trade partners still apparently couldn't dock and couldn't get their yearly upkeep.
