The problem here is I tried to live with only one dock on each bank for too long. I have one team attempting to drag off a small statue that was shipped in through trade, and two teams lined up to drag their statues to the same dock on the other side.
Deleting the dock allowed a trade ship to leave, but both barges seem to both still be waiting to queue out. Have deleted and rebuilt all docks and the shipwright. No effect.
Looks like a p-> v-> locking issue on the dock.

Did a rewind, built lots of docks, and the stuck barge problem did not happen. The barge crossed, loaded, and now they're stuck at the destination dock and unwilling to come out. They are about to haul basalt to the Bast statue base in the desert that the Overseer's at. Using shift shows the haulers don't have a next waypoint.

Here's an earlier save of the rewind, before they cross the river and get stuck at the destination dock. I've tried deleting everything in the area, they cross the river fine, say "so much for the easy part, the rest is uphill", then get stuck in the new animation sequence unable to move any more and with no new waypoint.

Hopefully I've given you some reproducables here that will prove helpful.
I hate it when people say "there's a bug somewhere", don't have a reproducable, and expect me to just guess.

More to the list of unusual issues of Barge Landing "sticking" that I have a bunch of Laborers stuck in side B.L. They just stand in the building chatting and show their butts to me :p...
I tried to solve this issue by deleting the B.L, but, it made the game run severely lagged. The other solution is that I delete all Laborer houses, but it created another problems that evicted Laborers scattered everywhere in the city to become Vagrants and make the scene worse. The worse that above new Vagrants build their mats that make CotNians get stuck at Vagrants' mat on their paths. This is already worse makes the whole city even worse, too many worses :D
Because my saved games are too big for TM server to accept. If you (TM team) want to take a look, let me know (in private message). I'll make a group account for you to get them from my home ftp server.

Jacquou Le: They've kicked the upload to 15MB. Surely your games are under that? Go ahead and post.

Ack ack, I've tried at least 5 times to upload my saved games, but just received TM database error page. File size is around 13 MB each.
Ok, please try again - you shouldn't get that message anymore.

Alright, this is my saved game shows Vagrants make trouble. The rest that I'm still observing them what will happen later years.
My ftp server is active now. Sorry for that I didn't tick the router (last night :o) to accept inbound requests (BLOCK by defaut when rules made). Hope that after I click the Submit Reply button, it'll show my saved game in the forum, so you guys don't have to access my server.

THis is a nasty bug and I have no way to complete the scenario. It started when I wanted to build a temple on the other side of the nile (Nekhen).
The small statue was hauled over part way then then it just 'sat there' stuck. I also have extra barges with no one pulling them with a limestone on it it.
Is there a Debug command to DELETE these objects?
I hope there is a patch because else, crossing a river with stone and statue is darn near impossible.
The laborers are just pulling it in place (Tread Milling); then they go home eventually or by destroying thier homes. The statue or stone on the sledge will be sitting by itself alone 'moving limestone' or 'deciding what to do'.
I tired everything (delete, rebuild, place bush) nothing. It is a show stopper. :(
Another odd thing I noticed that the count for the number of Lite limestone and regular limestone was wrong. I used 23/46 of them to build a small pyramid but the stock says I still have that much in stock when it was actually zero...so when I started a very small pyramid the stock says wrongly a high number of stones in stock (like 43/66).
