Did you try to contact myelin? Or SEGA? I would assume that one of those would be the right person for you to cantact. If not SEGA, who is responsible for worldwide distribution except USA/Canada, then it would be myelin, but not TM in the first place.

You should be able to click on the "send an email to..." link on their profile pages (from angelisis' post above). If they have blocked that feature, it means they don't want emails sent to them, so I'm not sure we should give them out (even if we had them, which I for one don't), at least not on a public forum. (a clear-text email address can also be picked up for spam)
