Just to let you know i was in the middle of playing Tutorial 2 when it CTD. I did look through the list but it didnt fit into the catagory of CTD while loading.

Try defragging, or you may find it happens again.
There is no known issue with Tutorial 2, and any random crashes we have seen have gone away after defragging.

Best bet is to delete all those old beta's then defrag. Your machine will run better and any random crashes should disappear.

If your machine is still performing in any odd way, make sure you do not have spyware. (Use the task manager and look at what exe's are running. If you see anything suspicous google it and make sure it belongs. If not, check out spybot, adware, etc.)
