I just wanted to say thank you for the calendar wallpapers. It's so rare to have a company that informs us of updates, let alone gives them handy wallpapers to mark the days. (Even if I DID have to clear my desktop to use it...:D)
I also want to thank you for not releasing all the details at once (although a little more on the actual gameplay is always welcome) so that updates to fan sites don't take more than a few hours (if you are organised) which is helpful if you have other tasks to do.
Lastly I want to thank you for opening the Beta Test to Europe because living in the UK, we miss out on 99% of beta tests because Americans won't post to us *sniff*
I don't know who got the Beta yet, but I'm grateful for the chance to be included instead of reading the dreaded words: 'Open to people who live in North America Only'

I think Traxia is just building her/his site, it is not yet available. And if it is, I also would like to know!

Thank you :D
I'm a big fan of Egypt so I know a bit about the Gods and the Social Life of Ancient Egyptians.
I'm planning to do a bit of research into the roles of the people when I get some time. Some history behind the game so to speak.

Some people/ scientists always speculate about this, wheather there were some extra-terrestials or whatever you call them. No one can really prove anything for certain. I think it was the Egyptians who built Egypt and all her monuments and wonders.

Part of the problem with the "alien" argument is more often than not, it's born of xenophobia. When objects and murals were dated, it showed an advanced civilization occuring at a date much prior to our own western advancement, and during the early days of archaeology, this was considered rather offensive. To assuage the hurt prides of many western scholars, alternate theories were devised to explain away the advances that could not simply be hidden away, destroyed, or otherwise hushed.
From Hitler trying to co-opt anything remotely heroic and intelligent from our ancient past, to western archaeologists swearing that Aztecs had spaceships and Mayans built giant roadmaps for aliens in the Nazca deert, pre-and mid-industrial western society has been trying to claim all the Great Discoveries(TM) for itself, and when it could not, would ascribe them to people from other planets!
I cannot argue if aliens do or don't exist in any concrete fashion, but I know from the standpoint of someone who laborrs to make something good of my life, I'd be highly offended to find out years later, people were trying to say THEY made my achievements instead of me, or worse yet, said aliens did it!
