I've been having issues to get the game running(I can't even load a map). Everytime I try to load a map it always brings up the windows error when the game says "Playing in Mud...". I noticed that when I try to load a custom game it brings up this error:AppName: simcitysocieties.exe AppVer: 1.0.0.16 AppStamp:473476e4

fDebug: 0 Offset: 00006b73 and when I try to load the tutorial it brings up this error:AppName: simcitysocieties.exe AppVer: 1.0.0.16 AppStamp:473476e4

fDebug: 0 Offset: 0001142e.
I've been trying to work with EA tech support on the issue but I'm starting to think that it's not going to do me any good. Hopefully you guys will read this and we can try and figure out the issue. My graphics, sound and VIA drivers are all updated. I've attached my DXDiag file.
