walkers and blue triangles

Here are two things I've noticed. When people walk through a road, they half disappear (pic 1)
From time to time I get blue things on my screen (sometimes pretty badly). Once it was light brown. (pic 2). All settings are minimum and the game goes pretty smoothly.
Once I put a building down. When moving the cam around it sometimes disappeared.

I got those triangles in C4, they were sometimes brown or green or any colour. They usually appeared after I had been playing for a while or if the city got any bigger, so I guess my poor lappy had an overheating problem. Had to let it cool down for quite a bit, then start again playing. If I tried palying without giving it 'a rest', there were more and more of those triangles. I guess it was only my lappy not the game, but what is the matter in this case I absolutely have no idea.

The blue triangle on the 2nd image is the 'result' of overheating issue on your graphic card. Remember to stop your game once you get it so that your graphic card will not be 'hurt'.
