When I start SimCity Societies, I get a .NET framework error message and it won't run at all.

Anybody have any fixes or suggestions?

Attached is a screenshot of the error message and dxdiag.txt

All of the applications that use .NET fail with a similar error on my PC-including SimCity.

Since you said this, maybe you can try updating your .NET framework (download from Microsoft). This is just a 'guess' from me, maybe other more 'experienced' members can help you out.

My version of .NET is 2.0.50727. Is that latest version?

I'll check Windows update to see if there any updates for .NET.
