Wow! I need to take a vacation from work more often. Impressions is officially dead...Sierra is officially dead! :eek:

But you guys live and my CB gaming life isn't forever lost in the games of yesteryear. :D

Here I was loading up my copy of Pharoah (what else would I be doing on my vacation) and I had the thought, what if? What if all was good in the world and there was a new city-building game on the horizon? What if I could actually find something that would bring as much joy to my days off as Caesar, Pharoah and RotMK? -- Yes, I kinda liked RotMK but because I had nothing else new.

So, I go surfing , knowing deep in my little gamer heart that I was hoping for the impossible and - - OMG! Tilted Mill!

Bless you! My poor husband has hung his head because he knows that as soon as this gets released he gets to entertain himself on the weekends since I will be glued to my computer.

Welcome to the party. :) What you described is almost exactly the way how I found these boards, too. I had been wondering if a new game in this "series" (well, it's not really the same series, but CotN is definitely going to be a spiritual successor) was in the pipeline -- imagine my surprise when I saw how far progressed the development already is. It's still five'ish months away from us, though. Dang! :eek: (<-- I love this face.)
