I'm having trouble controlling the camera on some of the user-created scenarios. Is this a technical issue, or something to do with how the scenario was put together?

I've only played two user created scenarios, but I did not notice any problems.
Which scenarios did you notice this on?
You are not talking about extreme lag are you? That gives me camera control problems on some games when they get big, but Not COTN.

There are some camera control settings in the games settings menu. Which ones are you using?
And a description of the problem better than "wonky" would probably help.

We probably need more details, Texasmine. Full TiltedVision takes experience to master, cuz it can get you lost very easily. All User-createds work the same for me & I have done them all.
There is an arrowhead at the top of the Minimap that always will get you back from lost.
When the Lag Monster strikes, you will be in for a bumpy ride. Use the Pause button to get around under those circumstances.
C4 works the very same way in all circumstances, except it wuz designed not to get you lost. Personally, I would prefer the COTN camera in C4. :)

One thing I just remembered. You can reverse the mouse controls in the control options. That made things a lot more intuitive for me.

On some scenarios, my camera just seems to take off and all of a sudden I'm looking at the sky or mud. I've been reviewing the Nvida graphics card threads, but the info re: drivers is over a year old. My card is the GeForce 7300LE, driver version 8.2.6.5. Could that be the problem? I can't find the scenario that was bugging me; I may have deleted it in aggravation.
